As a Salesperson, called in-store Sales Advisor here, you are responsible for customer satisfaction, and you support them in carrying out their home improvement project.

Within one of our 13 product universes, you develop sales in your department and contribute to the store's performance. How? By establishing a quality relationship with your customers to provide each one with the best answer to their needs.
You are a member of a sales team, which is managed on the floor by a Department Manager and reports to a Commercial Manager.
You work together on sales, customer relations, and the commercial offer for your department.
You take charge of customers, listen to them carefully, and seek to propose the solutions best suited to their needs.
You highlight products through inspiring presentations for customers.
Thanks to data analysis, you identify the Leroy Merlin catalog products to offer your customers in-store, and adapt the re-merchandising of your department.
You ensure the proper upkeep of the department by guaranteeing product availability, tidiness, and price visibility.
Your autonomy will be great in this position. Our trust will be too.

A fixed salary starting from β¬1946 gross monthly over 13 months, depending on profile and experience, supplemented by variable compensation (Profit Sharing and Gainsharing) that rewards collective efforts

π Framework and working conditions
Working days from Monday to Sunday (or Saturday), with 2 days off during the week
Working hours according to store activity with a start no earlier than 6 a.m., and an end no later than 8 p.m.
